My teaching philosophy rests on two core principles. First, I am committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment in which all students feel heard, respected, and encouraged to participate. I value diverse perspectives and strive to foster a classroom culture where students feel comfortable asking questions, expressing uncertainty, and engaging in open dialogue.
Second, I design my courses to offer learning experiences that cannot be replicated in a purely virtual setting. I emphasize active, in-person engagement through discussion, collaboration (Think-Pair-Share), hands-on activities (Real-Life-Scenarios), and real-time feedback. By prioritizing meaningful interaction among students and between students and the instructor, I aim to create a classroom environment where learning emerges through shared inquiry, critical thinking, and authentic intellectual exchange.
